Please forgive me readers for I have sinned…it has been over a week since my last blog post!!! I know, I got caught up in some wonderful (and stressful) things that occurred at the end of August. I booked another commercial (yay!), which threw my regular teaching schedule out of whack, I performed with my sketch group (which included the departure of a longtime member), and now I’m back in decorating mode, as my lovely potato and I are hosting a cocktail party in 2 weeks at out new-ish apartment. So much to do! This weekend was quite busy, but with all the projects, we still had time for great dinner with friends. A nice weekend indeed!
Catching up on some light reading….
We also bought paint to finish the stairs and to begin my nightstand painting project….
My hunt for an affordable Eames Lounger continues…I went to the Rose Bowl flea market for the first time. Talk about overwhelming!!
Scored some seriously discounted jewelry from talented designer and neighbor Lucy Yang.
Dinner with Camille and Christian at Bottega Louie. Their food is insanely delicious!

The grand finale to a lovely dinner…chocolate souffle!
Till next time…I promise I won’t make you wait to long!
